  • First off-- Hi! Welcome! We are so happy to have you coming to our studio for the first time! Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so that we can meet you, introduce you to the studio & equipment, and take note of any injuries you may have. Bring a water bottle with you, and don't forget your grip socks! Don't have any? No worries, we have lots of options for sale in the studio. If you no longer wish to attend class, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance before the cancellation policy goes into effect.

  • Yes, our studio requires grip socks for the health and safety of all of our clients. They promote cleanliness on our equipment, proper circulation of your feet and more confidence on your reformer. If you do not have grip socks or happen to forget them, we have grip socks for sale in the studio.

  • Our schedule opens 14 days in advance. If you have an active membership, you will get access to booking one day earlier than the general public.

  • Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid penalty. Phone calls, texts, and social media are not valid forms of communication for canceling your class. All classes must be cancelled online via our website or the Mindbody app.

    LATE CANCEL occurs when a class is cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of class start time. Late cancellations will be charged a $10 fee.

    NO-SHOWS will be charged a $20 fee for each occurrence. If you cannot attend class, you must late-cancel your reservation. Failure to late cancel your reservation will prompt an automatic $20 no-show fee to your account.

    If you have an unlimited membership, you will receive one automatic late cancel/no-show waiver per billing period.

    If you have an unlimited+ membership, you will receive two automatic late cancel/no-show waivers per billing period.

    EARLY CANCEL occurs when a class is cancelled or rescheduled outside of 12 hours of class start time.  There are no charges for an early cancel and no limit to the number of times you may cancel or reschedule classes.  It's all up to you!

  • All studio sales are final, non-transferrable, and non-refundable.

    Your account must be paid in full to the current date before a cancellation can be processed.

    Memberships may be paused for up to three consecutive months which will preserve membership availability and pricing. This can only be done once in a rolling 12-month period.

    You are responsible for canceling all previously scheduled classes that occur after your scheduled cancellation or suspension date.

    You may not keep future scheduled classes during a suspension of your membership.

    There is no fee for canceling or suspending a monthly plan or for re-joining after a monthly plan has been canceled or suspended. 

    Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancellations must be submitted by 5pm MST the day before your renewal to avoid being charged for your next billing cycle. To submit your written cancellation or suspension request, please email hello@sweatform.com.

    Please note that if you decide to sign back up in the future after cancelling, you will be subject to any price increases and/or membership waitlists that may go into effect at any time.

  • If your card is declined for an autopay, late cancel fee, or no-show fee, we will attempt to recharge your payment method for 7 days. If your card is still declining after 7 days, any scheduled classes will be canceled, and you will be charged a $30 returned payment fee to reinstate your account.

  • 1. PICK YOUR CLASS

    Choose the class on our schedule that you'd like to reserve and select ‘Join Waitlist’. If the class status is 'Unavailable', that means both the class and the waitlist are completely full.

    2, GET IN LINE

    You’ve been waitlisted!  If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified via text and email – you must be opted in to accept notifications. You can be added to the class off the waitlist at any time up until 1 hour before the class starts. This includes overnight, so please set an early alarm before early morning classes to check your status if you don’t cancel your waitlist spot the night before.

    3. MANAGE YOUR WAITLISTS

    If you change your mind, you must remove yourself from the waitlist via your online SWEATFORM account. If not, we’ll continue to hold a spot for you.  You are responsible for managing multiple, same-day waitlist requests and run the risk of reserving multiple classes. The cancellation policy applies as soon as you're added from the waitlist. If you can no longer make the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist via your online account to avoid cancellation penalties.

    4. REPLY TO YOUR REQUEST

    Great news! You’ve been added to class! Please respond ‘9’ to your text message confirmation if you are unable to attend the class. 

  • The Pilates reformer utilizes spring-controlled resistance to build core strength, increase flexibility and endurance. The result is a strong, well-toned body without muscle bulk. 

  • Our reformers are made from top-of-the-line materials and can comfortably accommodate clients up to 350 pounds. 

  • 7 days a week! We have over 150 classes for you to choose from. Please see our class schedule HERE.

  • Most definitely.  Challenge your preconceptions.  You’ll be glad you did!

  • We are located on the North side of the Midtown 360 development in Orem, UT right next to Yummy's BBQ. The studio address is 360 S State St, Ste 106, Orem, UT 84058.

  • Yes, plenty! Clients can park in any open retail space unless otherwise designated.

  • Our bathrooms are fully stocked with hair ties, hair pins, tampons, deodorant, dry shampoo, and facial towelettes. We have a bottle refilling station and water fountain, the best pre- and post-workout snacks and drinks, plenty of storage space for any personal items, and grip socks for sale.

  • First, you must add your child(ren) to your Mindbody account as family members. Childcare is booked the exact same way as our usual classes via your account on behalf of your children. Childcare classes have the same cancellation policy as any of our other classes. Please be sure to cancel any correlating childcare classes when you cancel your Pilates class.

    Children need to be dropped off at our side entrance located in the breezeway to the right of the main doors. Please bring your children with full bellies and clean diapers. No food, drink, or toys with the exception of bottled water with their name written on it is permitted in childcare. Potty trained children will have access to the childcare restroom, and parents are responsible for diaper changes during class. Childcare attendants supervise the children and lead games and activities. Parents must remain in the facility and be available to respond if texted.

    Children exhibiting poor or dangerous behavior may be asked to be removed from childcare at the discretion of our staff.

    In case of emergency, staff will call 911 and notify guardian immediately.
