SWEATFORM is a modern reformer Pilates studio in Orem, Utah, created for people who want to get stronger, feel better, and genuinely enjoy the process.

We believe a great Pilates experience starts with great instruction. That’s why we only hire industry-accredited instructors who bring the knowledge, energy, and attention to detail needed to deliver a top-tier experience in every class. Our approach is athletic, intentional, and approachable—designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and continually challenge yourself, whether you're brand new to Pilates or have been practicing for years.

SWEATFORM is also designed around real life. With early morning and evening classes, beginner-friendly Foundation classes, childcare, flexible memberships with no long-term contracts, and HSA-eligible services, fitting movement into your routine has never been easier.
